The Resident Web Portal gives you the ability to remotely and conveniently monitor your smart sensors. Monitoring your sensor status via the web portal is easy.
Monitoring Your Sensor Status:
To monitor your sensor status in your Resident Web Portal, follow these steps:
- Go to the SmartRent Resident Web Portal
- Input your Email Address
- Input your Password
- Click the Devices tab
- Find your specific sensor (contact, motion, etc.) using the < and > arrows to scroll through your devices
- You will be able to see the current, real-time status of your sensor
The ability to view past events of device activity is not currently supported in the SmartRent Resident Web Portal. To view past activity of your devices, use the SmartRent Mobile App.
