How Do I Use Amazon Routines with SmartRent?

Now that you have integrated your Amazon Alexa-enabled and SmartRent devices, the Amazon Alexa app will allow you to create Routines that automate how your compatible Echo devices and SmartRent devices work together. 

• 1. Open the Amazon Alexa app
  2. Tap the ☰ (More) button
  3. Tap Routines
  4. Tap + in the upper right-hand corner
  5. Tap Enter routine name
  6. Name the Routine
  7. Tap When this happens
  8. Choose how to trigger the Routine (i.e. you say “Alexa, good morning”)
  9. Tap Add action
  10. Add desired actions 
  11. Tap Save in upper right-hand corner
      
      
• 1. Open the Amazon Alexa app
  2. Tap the ☰ (More) button
  3. Tap Routines
  4. Tap the Routine you wish to edit
  5. From here you make any Routine adjustments you desire
  6. Tap the back arrow in the upper left-hand corner to save changes
     
     
• 1. Open the Amazon Alexa app
  2. Tap the ☰ (More) button
  3. Tap Routines
  4. Tap the Routine you wish to delete
  5. Tap ⋮ in the upper right-hand corner
  6. Tap Delete Routine
