What Do I Do If My Activation Link Is Not Working?

We send you the activation link in the Welcome to SmartRent email when you’re moved into a SmartRent-equipped community. This link is how you create your login password, which you then use to login to the SmartRent Mobile App.


If your activation link does not work or becomes expired, please forward your original activation email to support@smartrent.com and request a new activation link. Our Support Team will be happy to send you a new activation email so you can set up your account.
