In the event of a water leak, you will receive an email of the detection, and this notice will also be sent directly to your community maintenance team.
Note: The hub and sensor must be online in order to receive this notification.
From your home screen on your SmartRent app, you can see if there is activity currently sensed on the water leak sensor.
Once you have clicked on the affected sensor icon, you will be directed to the Sensor Status, click on the status of the sensor
Then click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner
For iOS devices: Select Activity from the menu that appears from the bottom of the screen
For Android devices: Select Activity from the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner
