In the event of a water leak, you will receive an email of the detection, and this notice will also be sent directly to your community maintenance team.
Note: The hub and sensor must be online in order to receive this notification.
From the dashboard in the app, you can see the current state of the water sensor.
Once you have clicked on the affected sensor icon,
- Tap on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner
2. For iOS: Select Activity from the menu that appears from the bottom of the screen
For Android: Select Activity from the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner
