You may experience your lights do not immediately turn on or off when you try to set them from the SmartRent web or mobile app. If you notice this issue, here are a few things you can try:
- Make sure your SmartRent hub is plugged into power, and internet or cell.
- Check your home internet connection to ensure it is live and working.
- Make sure your mobile phone or computer's internet connection is live and working.
- If your device requires batteries, make sure the batteries still have power.
