There are a few reasons why your smart devices may not show up in your account.
The first reason may be that the device has not been paired to your SmartRent Hub. To pair devices to your hub, please refer to the article titled How to Pair Devices.
Devices may also not be showing up if you have removed them from your Favorites. The devices will still show in the Rooms page, but may not be showing up in your main Dashboard.
