There are a few reasons why your smart devices may not show up in your account.
The first reason may be that the device has not been paired to your SmartRent Hub. If you believe a device has yet to be paired please contact our support team for assistance.
Devices may also not be showing up if you have removed them from your Favorites. The devices will still show in the Rooms page, but may not be showing up in your main Dashboard. If this is the case, please follow the steps below to view the device on the main Dashboard:
1. Go to Rooms
2. Tap on the desired device
3. Tap the three dots in the top right hand corner
4. Tap Settings
5. Check the box to "Show on Dashboard"
6. Tap Save
