Creating an access code is an easy way for you to allow access to someone and keep track of when they enter your unit. To create an access code:
1. Tap Access Codes in the menu. There you will see a list of your existing access codes.
2. Tap the + button on the Access Codes screen to add a new access code. The + button is in the upper right corner for iPhone, or in the lower right hand corner for Android.
3. Select whether you would like this code to be Temporary, Recurring, or Permanent. Depending on what setting your property management chose, it could just be Temporary and Recurring.
Once you have completed the steps to create your new access code, the new code will show up in your list of access codes and should work on the lock within a couple minutes. If the code does not work once you've created it, please contact our support team for further assistance.
