- Go to control.smartent.com
- If you are not logged in already, you will need to provide the email and password associated with your SmartRent account and log in. If you do not know your password, click Forgot your password?
- Once logged in, click the User Menu at the bottom left. The user menu icon will be a circle with your initials.
- Select Profile.
- Click the Change Password button in the upper right corner of the page.
- Enter your current account password followed by your new password and then confirm the new password again.
- Click Save.
ANDROID AND IOS APPS
- Open your SmartRent app on your mobile device.
- Go to your profile by tapping the More menu at the bottom then tapping Profile.
- Tap Change Password.
- Enter your current account password, new password, and confirm your new password again.
- Tap Save.
