If you decide that you would like to change your front door entry code, you can do so by following these simple steps:
In order for your codes to be successfully deleted, added or changed, your hub must be plugged in and online.
1. Open your SmartRent app on your smartphone.
2. Tap on Access in the bottom menu to get to your list of access codes.
3. Tap on My Code.
You will NOT be able to change, add or delete a code if you don't have access to the app, and if the hub is offline. You also won't be able to manage your access code from the desktop website only through the app.
4. Tap on Reset My Code.
