Fusion Troubleshooting

How do I restart my Fusion? 

Press and hold the power button on the top-right frame of the device, and the option to restart will appear on the touchscreen. 

 

What if I need help with the Fusion?

If you are receiving an error message, try restarting the Fusion first. You can do this by using the power button on the top left side of the device. 

 

If this does not resolve the issue, contact the SmartRent Support Team.
