What Do I Do If I Have A Question About My Service Request?

NOTE: The Service Request feature is not available in all communities. Speak to your community manager about enabling this feature.

 

The SmartRent App allows you to conveniently submit service requests for any maintenance or repairs your home may need. We forward the information you submit directly to your maintenance team or the front office. They will follow up with you according to their response-time policy. 

 

If you have a question about the status or the quality of work, you can communicate directly with your maintenance team using the app’s messaging feature. This is more efficient than calling the office.

 

To send a message using the app:

  • Tap Community
  • Tap on the open request
  • Enter your comment
  • Tap the Check in the upper right corner

 

When your service request is officially closed, you’ll receive an in-app survey where you can rate and leave comments about your experience.
