There’s so much you can do with the various devices in your SmartRent home. For example, the Sonic Valve by Hero Labs detects water leaks early to prevent damage and protect your most valuable items.
How it works:
When the Sonic Valve detects a leak, it sends an alert to the maintenance team and auto-generates a work order. To prevent damage in your home, the valve automatically closes and shuts off the water supply. The valve is unique to your home, so shutting off the water supply to your unit does not affect your neighbors.
Once the leak is fixed, the maintenance team will reopen the valve to restore water flow.
